she came like a sweet depression, a Polaroid set in motion
the old vinyl hid answers, burning stings of drunken explosions
i needed a drive, a stomach with violins and knifes
violent
our hands, mistreated revolutions, sky-less abortions
i lit a strawberry candle behind my eyes
its orange movement with pasted clouds like infinity
the heart's soothing train smoke traveling nowhere
you offered railways, bleached lips of noise
i could hear your blood choking for a kiss
our salvation, a loaded gun of truth, passion

i wanted to bite you till you bleed
till i can taste your whole existence
digging inside your flesh to reach out for your soul
but i know i'll never get near that far
at nights when you sleep
i come by your bed and steal your breath
i collect it into bottles

we crashed and i melted into letters
